涌[湧]yǒnɡ

 ❶ （水或云气冒出） gush; well; pour; surge: 风起云 ～。 The wind rose and the clouds began to gather. 泪如泉 ～。 Tears well up in one's eyes. 清澈的水 ～ 进了灌溉渠道。 Clear water gushed into the irrigational channel. 五点钟时， 工人从工厂里 ～ 了出来。 At five o'clock workers poured out of the factory. 血从大腿的主动脉 ～ 出。 Blood poured from the main artery of the thigh.
